discussed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further realization of ecological civilization.This paper,taking xi ecological civilization thought based on a new era of China’s reform and opening up for forty years history for node,the rooted in the new era ecological problems in the process of the development of social economy and building ecological targets of the "Beautiful China" study,from the Angle of cultural development and civilization of the construction of ecological civilization development,historical process,as well as to the construction of the new era of ecological civilization and ecological civilization advance position,function and its laws of development of advanced culture and so on to compare the system and the comprehensive theory to explore,in order to make clear the ecological civilization construction must implement the development of green,coordination,circulation mode,Only in this way can we adapt to the development of the new era and achieve
