In this paper, the single method of treating the yellow water of tofu was studied experimentally. The flocculation method, the adsorption method and the single plasma discharge method were used to treat the yellow pulp water respectively. Then the COD degradation effect of the composite process was studied, and the experimental results were sorted out.The analysis draws the following conclusions:Different types of flocculants were used to treat the yellow bean curd water, and the effects of different kinds of flocculants on the degradation of yellow pulp water were studied.Under the same experimental conditions, the addition of three flocculants can reduce the COD concentration.Different types of adsorbent materials are used to treat the bean curd yellow pulp water, and the type of adsorbent material, adsorbent material mass, adsorption temperature and adsorption time are studied. The effect of adsorption on the adsorption effect, under the same adsorption conditions, molecular sieve adsorption purification of tofu yellow pulp water is the best. The non-thermal plasma technology was used to degrade the yellow syrup water, and the effects of discharge time, discharge voltage and the distance between the mortgage and the COD degradation rate were studied. The influence is the biggest, followed by the discharge voltage and the discharge interval again. The interaction between the three factors is not obvious. The macroscopic kinetics of COD degradation shows that the degradation reaction of the non-thermal plasma treatment of the bean curd yellow pulp water conforms to the second-order reaction kinetics model. The experiment of non-thermal plasma composite flocculant treatment of tofu yellow pulp water shows that the synergistic effect is better than plasma or single flocculation effect alone, and the flocculant addition sequence has a certain effect on COD degradation rate, using flocculation precipitation + non-thermal plasma. The macroscopic kinetics of COD degradation in yellow pulp water showed that the reaction of plasma composite flocculant to degrade the COD concentration of yellow pulp water was more consistent with the first-order reaction kinetics. The non-thermal plasma composite adsorption material degrades the bean curd yellow pulp water better than the single discharge and single adsorption treatment. In the initial stage of the composite process, the adsorption is dominant, and the COD concentration decreases rapidly. With the extension of the discharge reaction time, the adsorption reaches equilibrium and the plasma dominates. After 6h reaction, the degradation rate of COD can reach 48.32%,which is equivalent to the degradation effect of 8-10 h discharge alone. Therefore, the synergistic effect of adsorption materials can reduce the energy consumption of discharge and improve the degradation efficiency.Figure 23 table 14 reference 94...
