| Because of the complexity and uncertainty of the construction environment,the oil drilling industry has the attributes of high investment and high risk industries.Therefore,ensuring the quality of the oil well is the key to whether the investment can be rewarded.QC during installation and commissioning of petroleum drilling mechanical equipment is one of the key for its final quality result.Most domestic enterprises have no formal qLuality management mode for the installation and commissioning of off-shore oil rig system equipIIment,and have on plan,Lack of-quality management consciousness and quality plan,QC,thought and methods of quality improvement in the whole progress of the whole project.Therefore,it is necessary to summarize a set of QC mode and method for the installation and commissioning of offshore drilling rig systemSearching for quality factors that affect the installation and commissioning of offshore oil drilling equipment by means of literature study,investigation and exchange interviews in this paper.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,QC for installation and commissioning of offshore oil drilling equipment are studied,at the same time,the key points and effectiveness of QC for such projects are discussed.Through the practice of total quality management on the installation and commissioning project of J in this paper,for the quality problems that often show up during installation and commissioning.Applying the idea of total quality control(TQC),the key points and measures of QC in the main process of installation and commissioning of-offshore oil drilling equipment are innovatively analyzed.Including QC in the planning and preparation,QC in installation,QC in pre commissioning and commissioning,QC in the end of the project.A model and method for quality management of installation and commissioning project of offshore drilling rig system are explored.It provides reference for domestic enterprises to implement similar projects other day. |
