| In recent years,with the increasing use of dyes,humans have developed a large number of different types of dyes.The production process is accompanied by a large number of aromatic hydrocarbons and heterocyclic compounds.The composition is very complicated,and sometimes it is rich in organic components.Therefore,the treatment of industrial printing and dyeing wastewater has become the focus of research on surface water pollution control.The magnetic metal organic framework material is a novel multi-functional molecular material developed in recent years.The raw materials to be synthesized are convenient and easy to obtain,and it has a porous hole,a large specific surface area,a simple synthesis,and a skeleton model size.Change,as well as the ability to chemically modify the final product,In recent years,magnetic metal organic framework materials have achieved good results in the areas of selective adsorption and desorption,storage of gases,and sustained release of drugs.(1)Fe3O4@Cu3(BTC)2 was synthesized from ferric chloride trihydrate,cupric acetate,1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and so on.Adsorption of malachite green Wastewater adsorption capacity.The experimental conclusions include:the magnetic metal organic skeleton Fe3O4@Cu3(BTC)2 was synthesized and characterized by electron microscopy,infrared and other methods to observe its microstructure.The optimum conditions for the adsorption of malachite green by Fe3O4@ZIF-8 were 60min,7mg of material,30mg/L of malachite green solution and 7 for pH.The maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 35.97mg/g.Through the study of its adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics,its adsorption properties were studied.The experimental results show that the adsorption of Fe3O4@Cu3(BTC)2 to malachite green is an exothermic reaction and can be performed well at room temperature.The reaction is in line with the first-order kinetic model.(2)In this experiment,Fe3O4@MIL-100(Fe)magnetic metal organic frameworks were used as adsorbents to adsorb methylene blue in dye wastewater.The experimental conclusion shows:the magnetic organic framework material Fe3O4@MIL-100(Fe)was prepared by solvothermal method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.From the microstructure,it can be seen that it has strong adsorption capacity,porous surface,and uniform texture.Magnetic metal organic framework material.Fe3O4@MIL-100(Fe)material has the best adsorption conditions for methylene blue:the shaking time is 40min,the material dosage is 4mg,the concentration of methylene blue solution is 6mg/L,pH value is 8.The maximum saturated adsorption capacity is 9.8932mg/g.Through the study of its adsorption thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics,its adsorption properties were studied.The experimental results show that the adsorption of Fe3O4@Cu3(BTC)2 to malachite green is an exothermic reaction and can be performed well at room temperature.The reaction is in line with the first-order kinetic model. |
