Electrochemiluminescence,as a highly sensitive photoelectric analysis technology,mainly undergoes two reaction processes containing electrochemistry and chemiluminescence;it involves the generation of species at electrode surfaces that then undergo electron-transfer reactions to form excited states that emit light.Controllable over time and location,negligible background interference and renewable materials are the distinctive advantages for ECL,which has been widely used in many fields,such as DNA/biomolecule and metal ion detection,cell and fingerprint imaging,and ECL devices.The development and application of high performance luminophores has always been the research focus for highly sensitive ECL analysis technology.Porphyrins,consist of porphin and different peripheral substitutes,play an important role in nature,such as oxygen transportation,light trapping,and so on.The delocalized ? electrons endow them with outstanding performances in photoelectrochemical catalysis domains.Especially in the field of ECL,porphyrins have broad application prospects.Therefore,the research content of this paper can be divided into following three parts.Part ?: Investigation Into the Oxygen-Involved ECL of Porphyrins and Its Regulation by Peripheral Substituents/Central Metals.The mechanism of oxygen-involved ECL of porphyrins was systematically studied,and the effects of peripheral substituents/central metals on the ECL behavior were investigated.we have obtained some instructive conclusions after experiments and theoretical calculations.It is expected that this work will provide a theoretical basis for the development of porphyrins ECL system.Part ?: The Construction of Biomimetic Interfacial Electron-Induced ECL(IEIECL).A new interfacial electron-induced ECL(IEIECL)system has been established,The successful construction of the system skillfully overcomes the two bottlenecks in the traditional ECL system,and provides a new way for the study of charge transfer mechanism at the liquid/liquid interface.Part ?: The Construction of 3D ECL Spectrum Detection Platform.The transient ECL spectrum probing platform has been successfully established.Fiber opticspectrometer is used to collect ECL radiation spectrum,which is stimulated by using electrochemical workstations.The optimization of the internal structure of luminophore,as well as the improvement of the ECL efficiency can be further studied by means of this platform.A new road has been mined for the development of ECL.
