With the overall formation of "oversupply" in Chinese tobacco market since 2015,under the influence of multiple factors,such as intensified competition,increased non-market factors,and the restrictions of many laws and regulations on tobacco industry publicity,promotion and charity,the pressure of China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd to maintain its stability in scale,market share and structure is enormous.By using PEST and Porter's Five Forces Model,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the macro-political,economic,social and technological environment of China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd and the pressure of market competition at home and abroad,expounds and analyses the present situation of China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd and its member marketing system at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing four problems of China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd in the construction of its member marketing system,which are incomplete structure of member marketing system,low loyalty,low activity and lack of characteristics of member system construction.Combining with literature review,using literature research and case study methods,this paper summarizes the suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement of China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd members' marketing system: reconstructing China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd members' marketing system by reorganizing the business process and improving the system structure;improving user loyalty by building China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd members' growth system;establishing China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd members' operation and strategic system,to solve the problem of low user activity;and blending Yunnan and Yunnan Tobacco features with the membership marketing system so as to improve the irreplaceability of the system.The innovation of this paper lies in: taking the tobacco industry enterprises as the research object and the tobacco member marketing as the research content,the research results provide certain reference significance for the research work of the tobacco industry in related fields.
