Steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling system is one of the core of modern steel production scheduling system.The traditional steelmaking-continuous casting dispatching system can not meet the requirements of rapid processing of multi-disturbance in the field,resulting in a large amount of calculation,slow convergence speed and modulus.The matching degree between the model and the algorithm is unstable and distorted.It is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the model set and to deal with complex models,and it is not easy to obtain the global optimal solution.The genetic programming can effectively solve the multi-disturbance scheduling problem.Therefore,the research on the knowledge system of steelmaking-continuous casting production scheduling based on genetic programming is of great significance.Aiming at the problem of scheduling disturbance in steelmaking-continuous casting production,the OWL-based object-oriented representation method is adopted to represent the scheduling model and rules knowledgeably,and the knowledge base of scheduling task and human-computer interaction based automatic update scheduling model is established.Conflict resolution and knowledge reasoning are carried out through knowledge reasoning system,and heuristic rules are knowledge representation and instantiation call.A standard production scheduling mathematical model with multiple disturbances is established,based on the automatic generation design of steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling by genetic programming,and a genetic programming method for automatically generating optimal heuristic scheduling strategy is proposed.Finally,the quantum genetic algorithm is used to quickly solve the optimal production scheduling plan.Using Java and MySQL database programming technology,a steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling knowledge system based on B/S mode was developed.Accurate and fast processing of disturbance problem in steelmaking and continuous casting production is realized.The model is solved by using MATLAB and Python components,and Gantt diagram of scheduling scheme is obtained.The validity of genetic programming is validated by the actual scheduling problem data.
