With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,at the same time in the development of also gradually deepened,to the attention of the environmental protection of our country at present the requirement of the construction industry is the most used concrete material is becoming more and more high,by the beginning of the high strength of high performance to reduce energy consumption and raise the proportion of green development gradually,a new concept-low carbon green concrete began to human vision.As at the same time as an agricultural country and industrial power of China,along with the rapid development of industry,agriculture,needs to deal with a large number of by-products.How to properly deal with and recycle these industrial and agricultural waste residues has become a hot topic in society.In this paper,starting from solving the problem of accumulation of a large number of industrial and agricultural waste residues,a green concrete prepared by using straw ash and steel slag powder instead of cement and adding a small amount of fly ash and silica fume as the activator is studied and some of its properties are tested.Its main work is as follows:1.Combined with the analysis of physical and chemical properties of straw ash and steel slag powder at home and abroad,the raw materials of concrete were analyzed at the same time,and the raw materials of concrete studied in this paper were determined based on the consideration of many factors including the final research goal and the actual situation.2,using the method of orthogonal experiment,with the water/cement ratio,straw ash dosage,steel slag powder dosage,dosage of silica fume,fly ash content as a variable factors and four levels,each factor to choose in concrete block 14 and 28 days compressive strength as the reference standard,the optimum mixture ratio of gelled material is 10% 55% cement,straw ash,steel slag powder 10%,20%,5% silica fume,fly ash water-binder ratio of 0.30.At the same time,the single control variable method and the test results were used to determine the best type of steel slag sand.3.Freeze-thaw test was carried out on concrete by slow freezing method.The influence of the content of straw ash,steel slag powder and steel slag sand on the frost resistance performance of concrete was analyzed.4.The influence of steel slag sand,steel slag powder and straw ash on the sulfate resistance of concrete was obtained from three aspects including appearance change,quality change and corrosion resistance coefficient of compressive strength.5.The electric flux method was used to carry out the chloride penetration resistance test on concrete.Through the arrangement and analysis of the test results,it was concluded that the chloride penetration resistance of concrete is the best when the content of straw ash is within 10%~15% and that of steel slag powder is within 25%~30%.6.According to the final ratio of concrete and the performance characteristics of various aspects,the economic cost of the studied concrete was budgeted,and the application field and social value of green concrete with double straw ash and steel slag were theoretically analyzed by comparing with common concrete which is widely used at present.
