Electromagnetic(EM)field is the determination of the properties in which materials are involved.Such properties describe the macroscopic parameters of the materials, dielectric constant e and the permeability ?.Which describes the magneto electric coupling. The chirality degree carries ? and ? is the Tellegen parameter, both are dimensionless parameters that measures the non-reciprocity of general Bi-isotropic material. The constitutive relations for general Bi-isotropic medium, involving four different material parameters, may be written in distinct ways to obtain their electromagnetic behaviors. These relations can be seen as isotropic by giving the strength effect of electric(E)field and magnetic(H)with the flux densities of electric(D)and magnetic field intensity(B).However, this Bi-isotropic constitutive relation complicates the solution of scattering in electromagnetic and the problems of radiation associated with Bi-isotropic media.Scattering expressions through boundary conditions for the dielectric and magnetic sphere of Bi-isotropic material is extended to a simple sphere which is similar to Quasi?static analysis. In this dissertation scattering of electromagnetic for a simple perfect electromagnetic conductor(PEMC)sphere is shown through Quasi-static analysis.Bi-isotropic metamaterial is assumed as host medium to occupying PEMC medium sphere for different parameters.Using boundary conditions,it is determined by the fields in PEMC.Expressions of polarization moments and different behaviors of polarizabilities(co and cross polarizabilities)are also derived. With respect to different material parameters i.e.(?,?,?,?)the polarizabilities effects are analyzed. The resultant expressions may be applied to scattering and measurement problems which are involved in sphere of Bi-isotropic material. This thesis presents multiple numerical, simulation results and analyzes boundary conditions of Bi-isotropic material in quasi?static electromagnetics.
