In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional artificial latte art technology,such as time-consuming and labor-intensive and simple drawing pattern,a new method based on image processing algorithm to realize automatic drawing is proposed,which solves the key problems in latte art machine.Based on the design and selection of motion equipment and control hardware,the image processing algorithm route of image binarization-connected domain marker-edge detection and motion control algorithm based on GPIO and step servo are designed.After software simulation,the results meet the needs of automated latte art.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research and realize the underlying hardware architecture of the latte art machine.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different technical routes,the linear motion unit is selected as the motion platform,the stepping motor is used as the power unit,the driver,the optocoupler isolation and the switching power supply are used as an auxiliary facility,a feasible and reliable underlying structure was built.(2)The design of the drawing structure of the latte art was designed,and the corresponding drawing structure scheme was designed for the different latte art materials of the investigation.It provided an effective solution for the combination of different principle nozzles and various embossed materials.(3)It mainly studies how to realize the image processing algorithm of automatic latte art,researches the image and designs the reasonable image processing algorithm for image binarization,connected domain mark and edge detection,and obtains the lower machine controller through parameter conversion.The motion signal that can be used by the device.(4)The design of a highly efficient and feasible control algorithm for the motion drawing unit is studied.For the STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the lower-level controller and the Raspberry Pi as the host computer processor,two technical routes of direct and indirect driving power unit are designed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared reasonably,and finally the choice is the indirect way.After experimental simulation,program verification and other methods,the automatic latte art machine designed in this paper meets the requirements.The theoretical efficiency is higher than that of traditional artificial drawing,which improves the aesthetics of the drawn pattern,reduces the time required for latte art,improves user experience and other aspects to achieve expectations.
