In orthopaedic surgery,bone drilling over 55 C will lead to bone tissue necrosis and even oxidation,affecting the effect of surgery.The friction between K-wire and bone tissue,the influence of K-wire structure on drilling process are the main factors that determine the generation of drilling heat and drilling temperature.Designing chip grooves and other micro-structures on the tip surface can effectively reduce drilling temperature.In this paper,the finite element simulation of K-wire drilling process is used to establish the prediction model of bone drilling temperature and force,and the selection of structural parameters of circular groove K-wire in bone drilling is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure of traditional K-wire is improved and designed.By studying the mechanism of reducing wear and selecting reasonable structural parameters,the processing technology and special processing platform of K-wire chipping groove are designed.Through this platform,new K-wire with chipping groove and front angle can be processed to solve the problem of excessive temperature rise and damage of bone cells in the process of drilling traditional K-wire.(2)Using Abaqus software to analyze the process of bone drilling,the stress field distribution and temperature field change of the K-wire with or without chipping groove in the process of bone drilling,as well as the temperature field distribution in porous drilling were compared and analyzed.(3)An experimental platform of bone drilling temperature measurement based on Cartesian coordinate robot is built,and the comparative analysis experiments are carried out.The influence of chip groove parameters on drilling temperature is analyzed.(4)By using the software of MATLAB and SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions),the influence of structural parameters such as the length,depthand distance from the tip of the K-wire to the drilling temperature and the drilling force of the bone can be judged by the range analysis of orthogonal experiment.Based on the experimental results,the empirical formulas of drilling temperature and force of K-wires are established,and the significance of coefficient of empirical formulas is analyzed.Then the multi-objective structural parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm.
