High energy consumption and pollution are the problem in the printing and dyeing production.With the requirements of reduced energy consumption and sewage discharge in recent years,academic and industrial researches have been focused on the energy saving technology.The recycling technology of dyeing residue refers to a method that the residual liquid is directly reused to dye the fabric with the addition of dyes and auxiliary agents.This method can not only reduce the sewage treatment burden,but also improve the utilization of the dyes and auxiliary agents,which show larger industrial application value.However,the dosage of additional dyes and auxiliaries is difficult to determine in this reused process.Therefore,the color light of the fabric is difficult to control and the practical application of the recycling technology of dyeing residue is limited.In this paper,the dyeing residue of acid dye was taken as an example,and the reused method of dying residuewas established by the method of“the theoretical calculation of dye supplementation amount--the actual amount adjustment factor--the actual dosage adjustment-the result verification method”.A concentration analysis method was established using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The theoretical addition amount of the residual liquid reuse was determined by the concentration analysis method,then the relationship between the actual supplemental amount and the theoretical supplemental amount was calculated,and the adjustment factor which improved the accuracy of dyeing residual liquid reuse was obtained.Finally,the residual liquid reuse was carried out through pilot production.The research contents were as follows:?1?The concentration analysis method for two-component and three-component dyeing residue was established using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.Comparison and Analysis was made on the maximum absorption wavelength-the simultaneous equation method,the absorption spectrum peak area method and the ratio derivative method through the error between the dye content and the actual amount measured by each method.When the concentration of the two components was 1×10-380×10-3g/L,the error of all three methods could be controlled below2.15%.The calculation of the maximum absorption wavelength-the simultaneous equation was the simplest and most practical.When the three-component dyeing solution was analyzed,the accuracy of the three-component concentration analysis method was smaller than the two-component concentration analysis method.The order of method accuracy was:Maximum absorption wavelength-simultaneous equation method<Absorption spectrum peak area method<Zero-crossing ratio spectral derivative absorbance.When the dye concentration was 1.8×10-330×10-3g/L,the zero-crossing ratio spectral-derivative absorbance method could be used for the concentration analysis of three-component dyeing liquid because of its error less than6.50%.?2?Based on the dye concentration analysis method,the concentration of the dye in the residual liquid was calculated,and the theoretical additive value of the dye was obtained.According to the final evaluation scheme of dyeing effect?judgment condition:K/S and reflectance curve had good coincidence,Lab value was stable,?E<1,fastness and level-dyeing property?,the dyeing formula was re-corrected and adjusted to obtain the actual supplement amount.Through the calculation of the actual replenishment amount when the residual solution of different concentration ranges and different solution compositions?two components,three components?were reused,the calculation relationship between the actual replenishment amount and the theoretical replenishment amount was established.When the one-component residual liquid was reused,the actual additional valuewas equal to the theoretical calculation value.When the two-component residual liquid was reused,the theoretical calculated value had a good linear relationship with the actual supplementary value.The calculation adjustment factors of B Sauce Red,2R Yellow,PA-01 Navy Blue were2.23%,0.71%,2.82%.The percentage of dye uptake was the main factor that affected the adjustment factor.The competition between the percentage of dyeing and the dye was the main factor which affected the actual replenishment.When the three-component residual liquid was reused,the theoretical calculated value had a good linear relationship with the actual supplementary value.The calculated adjustment factors of B Sauce Red,2R Yellow,PA-01 Navy Blue were-1.86%,-1.15%,1.94%,the results showed that the competition between dyes and the amount of dye adsorption affected the amount of three-component dyes.?3?This reuse system for nylon dyeing effluent with acid dye was applied to industrial production and the influende on the color of the dyed fabric was tested.This reuse system demonstrates high accurate and the application promotion value,and the dyeing effluent can be reused three times.When using the ternary dye B sauce red,2R yellow and PA-01 navy blue two-color color matching formula of dyed fabric,the recycled liquid dyed fabric?E<0.7.When he three color matching formula of dyed fabric,the recycled liquid dyed fabric?E<1.0.When LD black was used for reues-dyeing,the recycled liquid fabric?E<0.5.The recycling scheme could be used for actual produce.
