With the development of electronic technology,the protection of electromagnetic radiation has become a concern of our daily attention.Stainless steel fiber has the advantages of metal fiber which is not possessed by ordinary fiber,and is an excellent choice for studying electromagnetic radiation protection articles.The paper uses stainless steel fiber/polyester fiber and cotton inlay to study fabrics with electromagnetic radiation resistance.First,the paper tested the basic properties of stainless steel fiber/polyester blended yarn.The increase of stainless steel fiber content,the number of stainless steel fibers also increased significantly,the better the electrical conductivity of the yarn;the elongation and elongation at break decreased with the increase of stainless steel fiber content;the twist of the largest content of stainless steel yarn is small,the breaking strength is significantly reduced;the content of the stainless steel fiber of the blended yarn is tested by thermogravimetric mass spectrometer.,the method is innovative and solves the problem of determining the blend ratio of stainless steel fiber yarn.Secondly,according to the fabric structure,the content of stainless steel fiber and the arrangement ratio of the interweave,the orthogonal test of the pseudo-factors was carried out,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the sample was tested.The results show that the shielding effectiveness of the fabrics on different frequencies is different.The electromagnetic wave(800~2000MHz)emitted by the communication tool has better shielding performance;the product with stainless steel fiber yarn blended yarn and other yarns developed by the method of interweave is unreasonable,and the method of blending the yarn,namely metal The stainless steel fiber is evenly distributed in the fabric,the fabric has better electromagnetic shielding effectiveness;the content of stainless steel fiber in the yarn has a great influence on the spinning performance and the anti-electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,considering the yarn performance and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,the content of stainless steel fiber is preferably not more than 15%.Finally,the electrical conductivity of the sample was tested and the corresponding magnetic permeability was calculated.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness(1500MHz)of the fabric was fitted to the conductivity and magnetic permeability respectively to obtain a fitting formula.To compare the results of the tested one with the formula,showing the conductivity fitting formula was credible.
