Project Design Of Differentiated Chemical Fiber Products With Annual Output Of 250000 Tons

At present,The differentiated chemical fibers,possessing excellent properties and environmental protection,have been considered as one of the most promising highgrade fibers in the textile industry at present.After years of development,differentiated chemical fiber has been recognized by the is welcomed by clients at home and abroad,and the demand has increased year by year.The main process workshop in the production of differentiated chemical fibers includes the stock solution workshop,the spinning workshop and the acid station.The internationally mature and advanced differential chemical fiber production technology was adopted in the process design of this project,has the advantages of of high process stability,equipment tightness and good control system reliability.After the project is completed,tremendous differentiated chemical fiber with high quality will be provided to the textile industry of our country,which will greatly improve the product structure of the textile industry.The author participated in the process design of three main process workshops in this project.Technological design meets the requirements of economic benefits,with less raw materials and energy consumption,low cost and reasonable economy.
