In recent years,in the high temperature air combustion technology developed on the basis of regenerative baking technology,has the advantages of saving energy to reduce pollution,in ladle,tundish metallurgy equipment such as baking has been widely used.This article about regenerative burner structure optimization of numerical simulation and analysis.Based on enterprises,80 tons of regenerative ladle unit as the research object,to optimize the process parameters and optimizing the structure design for the ultimate goal,the numerical analysis method,the application of k-epsilon model and the algorithm is SIMPLE,pressure and velocity coupling of the flow,combustion,heat transfer phenomenon in the process of ladle baking,numerical simulation and optimization research.First respectively analyzes the different air preheat temperature and different gas flow's influence on the combustion temperature field,secondly analyses the structure of different baking effects on combustion temperature field,provide a reference for actual baking process optimization.In recent years,in the high temperature air combustion technology developed on the basis of regenerative baking technology,has the advantages of saving energy to reduce pollution,in ladle,tundish metallurgy equipment such as baking has been widely used.This article about regenerative burner structure optimization of numerical simulation and analysis.The research mainly includes:(1)Based on the fluid simulation software Fluent,numerical simulation system is established,the use of air preheating regenerative ladle baking equipment as the research object.(2)Through the numerical simulation of combustion air preheating temperature and different gas flow simulation,get more optimized combustion process parameters,the conclusion can provide reference for site production.(3)Analyze the heat transfer performance of the regenerator,concludes that the regenerator is in line with the requirements,and adjust the combustion process parameters according to the requirements of baking.(4)Through to the regenerative ladle baking equipment different structural parameters of combustion simulation analysis,including different burner distance and gap distance between cover mouth and package,different burner structure characteristics,analysis to get the optimal combination.(5)The regenerative ladle baking equipment exploratory structure design,and the simulation analysis of its combustion baking effect,provide reference for the structure improvement in the practical engineering.
