Judging from the current state of development,the domestic sludge industry is still in the early stages of development.At the same time,due to the lack of regulations and the lack of uniform standards in the industry,the development of the industry itself has also been seriously affected.The relative project construction also bears relatively high risk pressure.In order to ensure that the project construction can meet the normative,holistic and systematic requirements,and at the same time effectively control the project implementation risks,through the implementation of sludge engineering project risk management work,to ensure that the project implementation goals can finally be achieved.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following points: Using interviews and brainstorming to carry out the risk management of sludge treatment projects,it mainly includes five development processes,namely pre-preparation,project design,project tendering,project construction and project operation,involving a total of 46 risk factors.From the results of the relevant matrix risk analysis,it can be seen that a total of 10 priority risk items,16 common risk items,and 20 low-intensity risk items need attention;Based on the results of risk assessment matrix and hierarchical structure model,risk factors are classified and sorted in different stages of construction cycle,and risk factors are distributed in five different stages of development.According to the important influence of the project responsible person,the corresponding sorting operations are carried out.The distribution of importance is from high to low: design enterprise,owner,construction enterprise,bidding enterprise,supervision enterprise,bidding agency enterprise,and environmental assessment enterprise.According to the risk classification results,the corresponding management scheme is designed.During the risk management stage,effective evading,transfer and decentralization can be adopted to ensure that the project management goals can be finally achieved;Combining the risk characteristics of different stages,the corresponding management measures are formulated.Conduct case analysis research activities to understand whether the risk analysis method meets the operational development requirements.
