Thiram and Ziram wastewater is a kind of agrochemical wastewater with high COD,high ammonia nitrogen,unpleasant smell and difficult to handle.In this paper,Thiram and Ziram wastewater was treated by Fenton method,iron carbon method,Electrochemical Oxidation method,Electro-Fenton method.It was found that the wastewater of Thiram and Ziram was difficult to degrade and the smell was pungent.Compared with four advanced oxidation methods,the Electro-Fenton process is better,but its removal rate is still not good.And then since the Fenton method uses hydrogen peroxide,the operating cost isn5t cheap actually.On this basis,we use Electro-Fenton to treat the Thiram and Ziram wastewate to obtain better removal efficiency.Furthermore,in this paper,the Fenton method's filler was modified,and the degradation efficiency of Electri-Fenton device with activated carbon and carbon felt as filler was studied in treating Thiram and Ziram wastewate.Theand.The influence of factors such as the pH value,current density,the amount of filler and the amount of nails was explored on COD removal efficiency to get the optimal operating conditions with low treatment cost and high removal efficiency.The research results are as follows:(1)Comparing the the COD removal rate of four advanced oxidation methods that treat the Thiram and Ziram wastewate.and found that the Electro-Fenton method is the best way to degrade wastewater.The COD removal rate up to 52.96%,the COD removal rate is more than 20%higher than the other methods.(2)The effects of pH value,current density,filler amount,filler thickness and amount of nails on the efficiency of wastewater treatment with activated carbon as filler and carbon felt as filler were investigated,and the Electric-Fenton device with activated carbon was determined.The optimum conditions for degradation were pH=3,current density is 15 mA/cm2,weight of filler is 15 g,and iron nailing is 7.5 g.The influence degree of each factor was analyzed by orthogonal experiment as the amount of filler>iron nail dosage>current density>pH value.The optimum conditions for degradation of carbon felt as filler are pH=3,current density is 15mA/cm2,weight of iron nail is 7.5g,filler thickness is 4mm,and the influence degree of each factor is iron nail amount>current density>filler thickness>pH value.(3)Finally,the automatic control analysis and design of the actual wastewater treatment by the Electric-Fenton method.
