Sintering pellet process in iron and steel factory,due to the sealing of sintering equipment problems,there are a large number of leaking minerals.These leaking minerals will not only cause serious pollution to the environment,some of which also have high recycling value.Traditional treatment or recycling measures,such as bag dust removal,electrostatic dust removal,gravity dust removal,cyclone dust removal,adsorption dust removal and water law wet dust removal,can not solve the problem of leakage accumulation and environmental pollution in a timely and complete manner.In today’s increasingly demanding environmental requirements,a better equipment is urgently needed to recycle and treat sintered leaks.This paper studies the leakage in the process of metallurgical sintering,designs a collection and treatment equipment based on negative pressure pneumatic conveying,and focuses on the research and optimization of the erosion and wear performance of the equipment,as follows:1.According to the leakage produced in the process of metallurgical sintering process,a leakage material recovery and treatment equipment based on negative pressure pneumatic conveying technology is designed.2.Based on fluent software,the DPM model is used to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of the equipment,and to find out the serious parts of the equipment wear.The effects of different negative pressure sizes,different elbow angle s and different particle mass flow on the erosion and wear of the inlet tube of the equipment were studied.3.According to the simulation results of the flow field in the equipment,the equipment scheme is adjusted and a relatively reasonable scheme is se lected.In order to reduce the airflow speed,reduce the erosion and wear of equipment parts,so that the equipment can be in a better working state,so as to achieve lightweight and efficient equipment.Through the wear research and equipment optimization of the equipment,it can not only meet the sintering leakage collection or processing function,but also reduce the energy consumption and prolong the service life.Can play a guiding role in the design and application of industrial vacuum cleaner to a ce rtain extent.
