With the development of economy,safety production management in construction needed higher requirements.As an important part of project management,the realization of safety objectives requires continuous innovation methods and means.Based on BIM technology,the theoretical research results of safety production management have been promoted to practical applications,which is a topic worthy of exploration for construction companies and related practitioners.This paper takes the application of BIM technology in the safety management of this project with the super high-rise building project of "Keyne Center" as the engineering background.The main work and achievements of the thesis are as follows:The construction safety accidents in recent years were analyzed.With the continuous occurrence of security incidents,the state has successively introduced relevant policies to strengthen safety production.Combined with the research status of safety management at home and abroad,it can be found that the application of BIM technology as a technical means in the safety management of construction engineering is gradually unfolding.The basic concepts and theories of construction safety production were introduced.The special characteristics of construction project safety management were combined with the characteristics of construction projects.According to the accident mechanism,the causes of the"five major injuries" in the field of construction were systematically combined and classified.Through the theory of induction accidents combined with the accidents on construction sites,the guidance of the cause of accidents was proposed to reduce or eliminate the direct and indirect causes of accidents and to determine the specific objectives of accident prevention and control,and to formulate control measures in a targeted manner.The methods of construction safety production were summarized and the key to safe production management was put forward.Finally,the organization management of BIM technology application wass analyzed,It laid a theoretical foundation for the application of BIM technology to construction safety management.The concept and characteristics of BIM and the functions and requirements of BIM technology in safety production management were introduced,including the identification of hazard source,safety protection,safety technology documentation,etc.And the traditional method was compared.Combined with the project of "Keyne Center",the detailed modeling process of the whole project was introduced,and the main problems encountered in the modeling process and their solutions were introduced.On the basis of BIM software modeling,the BIM technical achievements of the safety management of "Keyne Center" were demonstrated and analyzed.The engineering supplies and safety series software design and layout the safety protection facilities management on the construction sites;The "Keyne Center" podium formwork project was designed to arrange the high-supported model area to generate three-dimensional renderings.The analysis of the climbing model modeling effect of the tower was carried out,and its installation and dismantling were introduced in detail,which was under the BIM platform.Construction safety management provided an idea and method.
