Precision flatness control is a key part of the galvanized product quality control accuracy is directly related to the stability of production and improve the quality of the product,whether it is auto sheet user or appliance manufacturers use panels,all of galvanized sheet-shaped product quality a higher level of requirements.Through the project,the Bland-Ford formula rolling force model is established,considering both the flat rate on the deformation resistance,the influence of the dynamic deformation resistance model was established,and finally established the model of temper mill rolling;The finite difference method to calculate the three-dimensional deformation of rolled pieces and two-dimensional variable thickness roll system deformation calculation of finite element,the combination of the temper mill was established based on FORTRAN and VB language export tensile stress distribution model,by comparing different calculation result of roll bending force,can be set by the force of bending roll;Using established export tensile stress distribution calculation model for the simulation calculation,taking into account the strip material,thickness and width of roll gap transverse stiffness and the control effect of roll bending,the influence of different process parameters is established and the roll gap of transverse stiffness and the control effect of roll bending quantitative mathematical relationship;For large range of material width,thickness and steel grade more characteristics,in consideration of all kinds of working conditions,improve the temper mill transverse stiffness of loaded roll gap,heighten the control ability of roll bending and the adjustment of the roll gap field under the guidance of the design idea,using the finite element software design the VCL-240 support roller,at the same time in order to further enhance the capacity of control of the strip edge wave,according to different steel grade design different crown of work roll.Through developing and research results of the application of the objective,at the same time,combined the actual production conditions,the formation process parameters are optimized and the optimized process parameters can meet the production requirements of the scene,the ability to improve the strip shape,strip shape quality is good.
