For a long time,the total energy consumption in the world has continued to grow.On the one hand,non-renewable energy is drying up,the energy crisis plagued the world.On the other hand,the fossil energy has brought serious environmental problems in the unreasonable development and utilization,and endangered the sustainable development of human beings.Therefore,it is urgent to search for alternative energy sources and develop efficient and energy-saving technologies.Biomass as a renewable resource has great potential for development.It can replace part of the fossil fuels,effectively alleviate the energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution.Biomass pyrolysis technology is the main way of high utilization of biomass.It can use low energy consumption to obtain high value of bio-oil,fuel gas and chemical raw materials,with high energy efficiency and easy transportation of products and other advantages.However,the composition of biomass pyrolysis products is complex,and the specific process and product evolution mechanism of pyrolysis are still to be studied.If it is possible to accurately grasp the evolution regularity of biomass pyrolysis products,we can expect that according to the nature and value of the pyrolysis products selectively generate fuel or chemical raw materials with value.It is of great significance to the development and application of biomass pyrolysis technology in china.Cellulose is a major component of biomass,and its content is more than half of the total biomass.Therefore,the pyrolysis process of cellulose largely reflects the pyrolysis regularity of biomass.And it is more feasible and more important to study the pyrolysis of cellulose.Compared with the traditional organic reagents,ionic liquids have good thermal stability,chemical stability and unique solubility,which makes it have great potential in the process of cellulose resource conversion.The ionic liquid can be used as heat medium,reaction medium and catalyst to catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose.It can make cellulose in different temperature range selectively catalytic pyrolysis,which is helpful to understand the mechanism of low temperature catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose and the evolution regularity of the pyrolysis product.Forming the mechanism of directional control of high value target products,and finally realize the purpose of improving the efficiency of cellulose resource utilization.In this paper,the evolution regularity of cellulose catalyzed pyrolysis products was studied.The catalytic pyrolysis system of metals magnetic ionic liquids was established by using ionic liquid and metal ions.The catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose was carried out at low temperature(150??300?).The main results are as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of cellulose,the catalytic effects of ionic liquid and metal elements on the catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose,the use of metals magnetic ionic liquid as a liquid reaction catalyst and reaction medium.Two kinds of metal magnetic ionic liquids[bmim]FeCl4 and[bmim]2CoCl4 were designed and synthesized.Their thermal stability and chemical stability were investigated.The results showed that[bmim]FeCl4 and[bmim]2CoCl4 were suitable for low temperature catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose.(2)The catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose was carried out using[bmim]FeCl4 and[bmim]2CoCl4 at 150?,180?,200?,230?,250?,280? and 300?.The liquid phase and solid phase products of cellulose were analyzed by GC-MS,SEM,XRD and infrared.The results showed that both[bmim]FeCl4 and[bmim]2CoCl4 had a good catalytic effect,which reduced the pyrolysis temperature of cellulose at nearly 150??(3)The solid phase pyrolysis products and liquid phase pyrolysis products of cellulose at different temperatures were analyzed.The product evolution model of low temperature catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose was simulated and constructed by using cellulose monomer or cellulose dimer as the basic model.The reaction mechanism and product evolution regularity of low temperature catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose were studied.A new type of environmental functional material,magnetic ionic liquid,was applied to the pyrolysis of cellulose to achieve the liquid-phase catalytic pyrolysis of cellulose at low temperature.The reaction mechanism of cellulose pyrolysis and the evolution regularity of the product were studied in detail,which laid the foundation for the directional control technology of cellulose pyrolysis to produce high-value products,and provided a technical reference for realizing the efficient utilization of biomass.
