The PCP is mainly composed of screw rotor and stator bushing,which is suitable for swabbing of multiphase flow and viscous liquid.The research object is GLB-500 type screw pump.Paper based on the computational fluid dynamics research methods,using three-dimensional geometric modeling software SolidWorks for geometric modeling.Pumplinx,the special rotating machinery fluid simulation software,carried out the flow field and the working performance of the research under different working conditions,and some parameters of the screw pump is studied the influence of flow field and performance.Combining the results of the study and design theory of screw pump,we optimized design of screw pump parameters,and analysis the improvement of flow field and performance.The main works and results are as follows:(1)The research on internal flow field,structure parameter optimization method and performance testing method of single screw pump at home and abroad is investigated,the problems existing in the current research are summarized:There are few studies on the flow field and performance of the single screw pump when the two phase or the three phase medium are transported.The structural parameters of the single screw pump are improved and the parameter structure is studied in depth,but the design performance testing device lacks the further analysis and adjustment of the performance of the improved single screw pump.(2)The structure and theoretical equations of the single screw pump are analyzed,and the kinematics and dynamics analysis are carried out,and the modeling and assembly of the stator and rotor are completed by using SolidWorks.(3)Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,a numerical simulation model of the three-dimensional flow field of single screw pump is set up,then in the computational fluid dynamics software Pumplinx,mesh generation and unrelated verification are performed for the fluid domain extracted from the screw pump to complete the distribution of flow pressure and velocity of the single screw pump under the conditions of different gas mass fraction,viscosity and speed,and the law of influence on the torque,power and efficiency of the single screw pump.(4)The distribution law of flow pressure and velocity of single screw pump under the eccentricity,clearance and guide range of GLB-500 single screw pump and its influence on torque,efficiency and power are simulated.The eccentricity,clearance and lead range in a certain range of optimization,the performance of the screw pump is better.(5)The influence of the structure parameters eccentricity,clearance and guide range on the flow field and performance of GLB-500 single screw pump is studied.The optimum range of eccentricity,gap and guide range of structural parameters is obtained.On this basis,the structure parameters of the single screw pump are improved and the flow field is simulated.The effect of the flow field and performance of the single screw pump before and after the modification is carried out.The results show that the flow field of the improved single screw pump is stable,the torque and power are reduced,and the efficiency is increased.(6)The performance test scheme of the improved single screw pump is designed,including the test object and function,the design and selection of the hardware and software,and the contents and operation steps of the performance testing system of the single screw pump. |
