In the process of seabed oil and gas pipeline transportation,natural gas hydrate,it is easy to generate in the process of oil and gas pipeline transportation of natural gas hydrate formation is a dangerous condition,can clog pipe,liquidity to ensure safety.Therefore,in order to prevent natural gas hydrate generated in the seabed oil and gas pipeline,remove harmful conditions,the formation of hydrate in the submarine pipeline is called for accurate prediction,so as to formulate the corresponding prevention measures.At present,there are few hydrate prediction in submarine pipeline.The following work has been done and the following understanding has been obtained.Based on the investigation of prediction models at home and abroad,this paper selects a more accurate model for predicting NGH based on experimental data.Chen-Guo model as the LW prediction of submarine pipeline hydrate phase equilibrium model,secondly,based on the bottom of the sea-condensate gas thermal hydraulic characteristics of submarine pipeline,the temperature and pressure along the pipeline.In the end,through the Chen-Guo model to calculate the hydrate formation temperature and pressure along the curve and LW submarine pipeline hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation of numerical value,analyze whether there will be the formation of hydrate in pipeline,and then work out the corresponding prevention measures.Through the research of LW submarine pipeline information on LW submarine pipelines for predicting hydrates under different working conditions,this article mainly aims at normal operation and shutdown conditions to predict,so as to formulate the corresponding prevention measures.Finally,the hydrate formation of LW submarine pipeline is predicted and calculated,and the prediction of gas hydrate formation under different flow rates in different years is analyzed and calculated.According to the hydrate formation of LW submarine pipeline,the prevention scheme was determined,and the temperature of hydrate formation was controlled by adding inhibitors.In this way,it is more convenient for the operation and application of actual field conditions.To provide further security for the liquidity assurance of submarine pipelines.
