With the increase of human demand for petrochemical energy, the shortage of energy is a very serious problem at present.Oil shale is usually defined as a fine grained sedimentary rock containing organic matter, which can generate large amounts of shale oil and combustible gases. It is one of the most important succeeding energy sources in twenty-first Century.Compared with the conventional pyrolysis method, the microwave heating technology has the advantages of fast heating,no temperature gradient and uniform heating, and the quality of the oil is better and the yield is higher. Therefore, microwave heating technology is considered to be an effective way to open oil shale. For better output of oil and gas, hydraulic fracturing of oil shale reservoir before microwave heating is carried out.The pad fluid system needed in this process is studied in this paper.First, the basic properties of Guangdong Maoming oil shale are determined by elemental analysis, industrial analysis, whole rock analysis and oil content experiment.According to its basic properties,an in-situ open production shale process is proposed, and the types of the pad fluid and the types of microwave absorber needed for the process are determined. Then, the nano-magnetic fluid was prepared by chemical precipitation method, and the morphology observation and particle size of nanometer material were measured. The incorporation of nanometer material into the pad fluid not only helps improve the performance of the pad fluid, but also helps oil shale microwave heating. After that, the Waring Blender method was used to bubble the base liquid containing different concentration of foaming agent, different kinds of foaming agent and different concentration of nanometer material, and the best presolution was selected as 0.25wt%SDS+0.1wt%nanometer material. The surface tension, microstructure, filtration performance, temperature and shear resistance, reservoir damage and pyrolysis performance of the pad fluid were evaluated. The experimental results show that the liquid can meet the technological needs. In order to make full use of the pyrolysis products of oil shale, the solid-state products, liquid products and gaseous products were analyzed by four component analysis, whole rock analysis and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. |
