Research On Venture Capital Risk Management System Of New Material Enterprise

With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship support,in recent years venture capital develope rapidily,new material industry is China's ten largest high-tech industry,its application prospects,industrialization system is mature,the advantages of high rate of return on investment for its highly favored investment institutions.At the same time,the new material project has a large initial investment,long development cycles and other characteristics,therefore,the new material project venture capital to risk management,to improve the success ratio of venture capital,improve the capital return rate is significant.Based on H Research Institute as an example,combined with the theory of venture capital,risk management theory,starting from the actual H Institute,in the structure of human resources,the existing assessment methods,internal control systems and other aspects of risk identification;through expert consultation method to objectively determine the risk assessment index system and its weight.The use of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method of mathematical tools to build a risk assessment model,an empirical evaluation of the risk of H research in the middle level.Through risk identification and risk assessment of the construction model of H Research Institute proposed risk prevention and control strategies,which need to improve risk management methods,the introduction of scientific management personnel,establish and improve the risk management culture,try different portfolio investment,effectively preventing the risk of venture capital,promote investment efficiency.The practical significance of this paper lies in combining the characteristics of the new materials industry,the investment risk assessment of H Research Institute,proposed the risk control strategy for its deficiency lies in appearance;failed to extend in the evaluation system based on exploration,wider application field.
