| The Drum mixer is one of the four standard parts in the sintering plant,and is the main mixing equipment used in the iron and steel plant at present.With the increasing requirements of the metallurgical equipment specifications,The status of related process industry in production is becoming more and more important.The technical performance and operation status of the cylinder mixer largely determines the Output,quality,cost and economic benefits of the enterprise.At present,there are many problems in domestic cylinder mixer,such as large deviation of design formula of output and material residence time,etc.The factors influencing the mixing granulation of drum mixer are analyzed in detail.On this basis,the three-dimensional model under different parameters is established by CAD software.The force of particles is analyzed,the equation of contact motion of particles is established,and the diameter,rotational speed,filling rate of the cylinder are analyzed emphatically,which provides theoretical support for further research on the moving state of materials in drum mixer.By calculating and deducing the velocity formula of the material moving in the mixer drum,and then the formula of the residence time of material in the cylinder is obtained.The basic principle of discrete element method is analyzed,and the design comparison and simulation are carried out.The movement process of materials and the moving state of bed under different conditions are simulated by using discrete element analysis software EDEM,Analyze material mixing state diagram and velocity cloud diagram.The contact quantity ratio between particles is plotted by drawing software,and the mixing degree of particles is evaluated by contact ratio curve.Find out the best mixing parameters.To summarize the data analysis software using MATLAB data,fit the functional relationship between the related parameters,and obtain the function relationship between each parameter and the mixing time,and solve the best blending time.Finally,by comparing the simulation fitting formula with the calculation formula,the design parameters of the equipment are given,which can reduce the production cost and increasethe output.In addition,the operation interface can be obtained by subsequent programming,which can provide effective guidance for the production and manufacture of drum mixer. |
