In recent years,China has been committed to energy conservation,environmental protection,green and sustainable economic development model,this strategic goal has promoted the continuous development of energy saving technology in china.Improving energy efficiency,removing production capacity,reducing unit output value and energy consumption per unit product have become important contents of Chinese transformation of economic growth mode.In the situation of energy saving and emission reduction,energy saving type vulcanizing machine has been a large number of tire manufacturer to accept,servo direct drive pump control hydraulic system has the advantages of high efficiency,low oil temperature control system,fast response,good stability of the system,high repetition precision,gradually becoming the new development direction of vulcanizing machine industry.In order to meet the needs of the industry and the needs of energy saving,this paper designs and studies the servo pump control hydraulic system of the vulcanizing machine according to the concept of servo direct drive pump control.This paper first introduces the development status and trend of vulcanizer at domestic and abroad,expounds several stages of the development of servomotor,analyzes the principle of servo pump control system and the requirements of servo system under different working conditions of vulcanizing machine.Based on the vulcanizing machine,the shortcomings of the vulcanizing machine hydraulic system are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,combined with the process requirements of servo pump curing press,the gear pump is selected as the driving part.According to the servo pump control hydraulic system characteristics,the permanent magnet AC synchronous motor is used as the servo motor of the pump control vulcanizer.The servo direct drive pump control hydraulic system was modeled and simulated by using AMESim software.According to the design requirements of actual parameters,the dynamic characteristics of pressure and flow in various working conditions are simulated.Finally,the project of servo direct drive pump control curing machine is based on the joint development and testing of Tianjin Han Fu Precision Hydraulic Technology Co.,Ltd.and Shandong Hehai Rubber and Plastic Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,The speed and pressure control of each condition of the vulcanizing machine are studied in detail,and the energy saving characteristics,dynamic characteristics and control characteristics of the system are analyzed.
