The high occurrence of algae in lake reservoir water is the main cause of water eutrophication and the main problem of water ecosystem.However,this problem is not prominent in rivers with the same nutrient level,so hydrodynamic conditions are an important factor affecting the high growth of algae.This paper establishes the simulation of the flow water by natural organic glass annular flume algae cultivation experiment device,aims to explore the hydrodynamic under different conditions of water environment on algae growth inhibition mechanism,provide technical support to control algal growth.To common algae Chlorella in research object,the experiment simulated its at different flow velocity,illumination,temperature,and nutrient conditions such as the growth of Chlorella,dynamic analysis and hydrodynamic interactions with other environmental factors on algae growth.The main conclusions are:?1?As the water flow velocity increasing,the Chlorella optical density and Chlorophyll a concentration have been varying degrees of inhibition,over 0.3 m新-1flow condition,the cell growth rate is falling,Chlorophyll a synthetic rate also fell rapidly.The results showed that the higher the flow rate,the stronger the inhibition.The results showed that chloroplast photosynthetic activity of chloroplast decreased in chlorophyll cells under hydrodynamic conditions,and the increase of flow velocity caused some damage to the photosynthetic structure of cells.?2?The changes of membrane permeability are directly related to the damage degree of algal cells under hydrodynamic conditions.The self-adaptive deformation and cell damage of Chlorella under the action of high flow rate indicated that the cell membrane was seriously damaged under the condition of large hydrodynamics.?3?On the basis of the hydrodynamic conditions,when the hydrodynamic interaction with light,the light is 3?mol/m2新,velocity of largest chlorella inhibition effect is best,the experimental group algal cell chlorophyll a,with the increase of flow velocity in different changes,the experimental group 31.25?mol/m2新 and 3?mol/m2新 set of the average content of chlorophyll a than 59.5?mol/m2新 are low,and the effect of flow velocity on the impact of large,light intensity,the lower inhibition of the smaller flow velocity.?4?On the basis of the hydrodynamic conditions,when the water power and light than interact,nitrogen and phosphorus by adjusting the nitrogen and phosphorus ratio,fixed nitrogen concentration,in addition to low velocity promote chlorella,inhibit the growth of chlorella high velocity state,the growth of chlorella is negative correlated with nitrogen and phosphorus,nitrogen and phosphorus than smaller,chlorella growth state,the better.?5?Adopts the method of nonparametric test conclusion effect of light on chlorella is greater than the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus,light of chlorella growth correlation coefficient is 0.584**,significant at 0.01,shows when these two factors in the 0.02level of significance;The Pearson coefficient of N/P ratio and chlorella growth was-0.356.Changes in light are more likely to inhibit the growth of chlorella.
