Crabs are delicious and nutritious and are loved by people.The annual output of crabs has exceeded 800,000 tons.Benefiting from the development of the logistics industry in the information age,the crab market demand will further expand.The quality of water is directly related to the health of river crabs,which in turn affects the yield of river crabs.Supported by the “National Twelfth Five-Year Support Plan: Traceability and Supervision System of Aquatic Products Processing Industry Chain(2015BAD17B)”,taking the pond water quality as the research object,and taking the water quality assessment algorithm and the remote water quality monitoring system as the research content,studies focused on the assessment and monitoring of the water quality of crab ponds are carried out.The main work is as follows:Aiming at the uncertainty and variability of water environment system,a BSO-K2 water quality assessment algorithm is proposed.The algorithm uses correlation analysis to screen key water quality variables,obtains the maximum support tree structure among water quality variables based on the principle of mutual information,derives an undirected Bayesian network,and assigns random pointing to each side of the network as the brainstorming optimization(BSO)algorithm's initial population.The K2 scoring function is used as the evaluation criterion of the BSO-K2 algorithm.Based on the BSO algorithm's optimization mechanism,the best individual is obtained,which is the Bayesian network that most closely matches the water quality environment to be evaluated.The simulation experiment of classical Asia network shows that the search period of BSO-K2 algorithm is short,and its generating structure is reasonable.Compared with fuzzy model and BP neural network,BSO-K2 algorithm has higher accuracy.On this basis,a remote monitoring system for crab water quality,which is based on aquaculture operating vessels,embedded technology and cloud computing platforms,is designed and constructed.The system uses aquaculture operating vessels as dynamic water quality collection points to monitor all aspects of the crab pond water quality.With the STM32F103ZET6 as the core,the water quality parameter detection circuit,motor drive circuit,automatic feeding bait circuit,navigation circuit,and wireless data transmission circuit are designed.Tencent Cloud is selected as the software application and management platform for servers,databases,and Web services.It communicates with the operating vessels on 4G and passes and stores water quality data.Web pages and mobile phone APPs provide the necessary human-computer interaction functions,which facilitate users to know the key information of crab pond water quality in a timely manner.Experiments show that the hull forward,steering and feeding operations are performed well,the data transfer between the vessels,the Web pages and the APP is rapid,and the information delay time is less than 50 ms.The system has good stability and real-time performance,and the water quality assessment result meets the expected requirements.
