In recent years, with the rapid development of water jet weaving technology, its environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. The slurry waste water pollution generated by the water jet loom has become one of the most important and difficult problems that restrict the sustainable development of the filament weaving industry. At present, there are a great deal of researches on how to deal with water jet weaving wastewater. However, there are few studies on the treatment of polyacrylate slurry wastewater(hereinafter referred to as polyester waste water),which have not been reported in relevant literature. In view of this, the paper conducts its research by proprietary reactors(Spiral Symmetry Stream Anaerobic Bioreactor and he Air-lift external circulation vortex enhancement nitrogen removal fluidized bed bioreactor)with polyester wastewater as the object in order to find an efficient and stable solution to deal with polyacrylate slurry wastewater. This paper studies the feasibility of anaerobic biological treatment of polyacrylate slurry wastewater and the optimal study of SSSAB through small pilot and pilot test, from the comparison and verification of treatment methods, methanogenic performance, kinetic simulation and continuous flow test, with the treatment object of actual water-jet weaving polyacrylate slurry wastewater, the carrier of the independently developed SSSAB and AFB.It also explored the potential of SSSAB for pilot operation by investigating the operational parameters of the anaerobic-aerobic combination process for the treatment of polyester wastewater from the aspects of removal efficiency, operational stability, load impact resistance test, changes in coenzyme F420 content, changes in granular sludge traits, etc. The specific findings are as follows:First, experimental study on water-jet weaving polyacrylate slurry wastewater treatment with anaerobic biological fluidized bed(1)Treatment of polyacrylate slurry wastewater with anaerobic biological fluidized bed using SSSAB is effective.a)Results from the batch tests showed that the COD removal efficiency and the methane yield could reach the highest values, which was up to 37.89% and 118.98ml/g(COD)respectively,when the COD concentration was diluted by 40 times(COD=3980mg/L).b)The continuous flow test was carried out using the spiral symmetry stream anaerobic bioreactor(SSSAB)on the basis of the batch test results. The continuous test results suggested that when the influent COD concentration was 3500 mg/L with hydraulic retention time of 3 d as well as the reactor temperature of 38?,the COD removal efficiency of SSSAB reached more than 54 %.The pH of the effluent of the reactor is stable at about 8.0 without accumulation of VFA.The concentration of effluent ammonia nitrogen increases from 332.11 mg/L of influent to 2189.26 mg/,and the B/C ratio increases from 0.098 to 0.312,indicating an increase in biodegradability.the reactor operates stably.(2)This paper provides a reference for pilot study on water-jet weaving polyacrylate slurry wastewater anaerobic-aerobic biological fluidized bed treatment. In practical projects, polyacrylic acid wastewater is mixed and diluted with plant domestic wastewater(approximately 40 times the dilution factor)before entering the anaerobic biochemical system, which is expected to achieve effective anaerobic biological treatment. For the phenomenon that the ammonia level of the effluent water rises, the ammonia discharge can be achieved by increasing the aerobic biological treatment unit to perform nitrification and denitrification to remove the ammonia nitrogen.Second,Pilot study on anaerobic-aerobic biological fluidized bed treatment of water-jet weaving polyacrylate slurry wastewater.(1)Using SSSAB-AFB as an anaerobic-aerobic biological fluidized bed,the co-metabolism matrix can be used to effectively treat polyester wastewater. The system startup period is about 30 days. The average OLR of SSSAB and AFB sections is 0.91 and 0.64 kgCOD?(m3?d)-1.The B/C ratio is increased from 0.031 to 0.287.The average removal rate of COD in the whole system is about 95.2%.The average COD concentration of the effluent was 75.0 mg?L-1.The ammonia nitrogen concentration of the effluent was 1.8 mg?L-1 and the pH stable at around 7.62.The system's ability to withstand heavy load impact, when the influent concentration increased. The methanogenic performance of the sludge in the reactor was significantly improved. The physical properties of granular sludge are good.(2)The "anaerobic-aerobic biological fluidized bed" combination process represented by SSSAB-AFB has the value of engineering promotion.a)The co-metabolized substrates can improve the treatment of polyester wastewater effectively.Compared with the simple treatment of polyester wastewater, domestic wastewater co-metabolizing matrix for the mixed treatment of polyester wastewater has better effects, such as the COD removal rate increased by more than 10%,and it also used to treat waste problems.b)The main equipment of this process has a large ratio of height to diameter, good mass transfer efficiency, and low energy consumption.Compared with traditional wastewater treatment technology,it has the advantages of small footprint, good treatment effect, low operating cost, and has obvious project promotion value.
