| Hydrogen-oxygen micro-flame welding machine is a kind of intelligent welding which generates hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis of hydrogen and oxygen generators,then hydrogen and oxygen are mixe in a ratio of 2:1,and then the gas is ignited to form a flame to cut and weld workpieces.The machine has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,convenient use,safety and environmental protection.Nowadays,China’s advanced manufacturing industry is developing in the direction of green,low-carbon,energy-saving,digital,and intelligent.The R&D of this equipment will have great economic and social benefits,and it will be given important research and development significance.Nowadays,traditional manual welding can no longer meet the development direction of miniaturization and precision in the electric and electronic industries.In this way,automatic soldering technology will be placed in important research value.In the welding of PCB board plugs,hydrogen and oxygen micro-flame soldering machines have unique advantages such as high production efficiency and non-destructive components and have a wide application prospect.However,in the current related fields,there are still many gaps in the optimization and selection of welding process parameters,and the control of welding accuracy.Therefore,on the basis of experiments,the method of summarizing,analyzing and studying the results is a tedious but effective way.Based on the prototype research and development,mechanical structure and control system have been fine-tuned.Then,based on the technical indicators of the project,combined with common solder joint quality testing methods,solder joints that have been soldered have been individually tested for quality in this experiment,and the experimental results were recorded.Follow-up study basis.Then according to the orthogonal experiment table designed,a large number of experiments were conducted,and a large number of reference experimental data were collected and summarized.Then the solder joint temperature field was tested,and the test results were combined with the welding results.The corresponding welding parameter combinations were summarized to meet the requirements of accurate control of the welding temperature field,which provided theoretical support for the optimization of subsequent welding process parameters.reference.According to the orthogonal experiment results,the BP neural network algorithm was used to optimize the process parameters,and the optimal process parameters were combined to meet the technical indicators.Finally,the improved ant colony algorithm was used to optimize the welding path and improve the Welding accuracy and efficiency.The main contributions of this article are:1.Orthogonal experiments were designed,and corresponding experiments were carried out to test the quality of solder joints.2.During the welding process,the temperature field of the solder joint was tested,analyzed and studied.3.According to the PCB board welding technical indicators,on the basis of the experiment,summarize the best combination of process parameters;4.Research was conducted on the optimization of welding paths to formulate effective optimization methods. |
