In the offshore oil drilling well,the riser column is bending because of the force,which causes the greater friction between the drill pipe and the riser during drilling.This makes the riser and drill string easy to wear and damage,increase drilling cost,and more serious is the fracture leakage during operation,which is easy to cause drilling accidents and cause secondary disasters.Since the 60 s and 70 s of last century,a large number of researchers have done a lot of research on the theory and experiment of marine riser column mechanics,but no one has carried out research on reducing the friction between riser and drill string.On the basis of the above reasons,it is necessary to study how to reduce the method of eliminating the friction between the riser column and the drill string.Professor Li Zifeng’s invention patent “Deep water drilling riser vertical device” first proposed a way to solve the problem,and based on it,carried out the principle research and analysis.This project based on “Deep water drilling riser system vertical system structure principle,mechanical analysis and optimization design(51674220)” of National Natural Science Foundation as the foundation,according to the actual establishment of the marine environment simulation test device of the riser column subjected to bending,the feasibility study of deepwater drilling riser vertical system principle.There is no small experimental device to simulate the mechanical experiment of the aqueduct column by the predecessors,so this topic has some innovation.In this paper,an experimental device for the vertical system of a deepwater drilling riser is set up after reference to the existing experimental simulation device.The device includes the lateral force loading system,the top tension loading system,the rope winding system,the closed loop control system and so on.After confirming the whole scheme,we drew the mechanical drawing and the part drawing of vertical system of deepwater drilling riser.After processing,we assembled the sensor and arranged the sensor.The program debugging experiment is made to ensure that the components of the experimental device match each other,and the alarm parameters of the sensor are corrected.Then,the experimental conditions are changed to fully verify the feasibility of the principle.The experimental results show that: the deepwater drilling riser vertical system experimental device is designed reasonably,meeting the needs of experiment,achieving the design intention,and verifying the feasibility and feasibility of deepwater drilling riser vertical system under laboratory conditions.But at the same time,there are also some deficiencies in the design.To this end,it puts forward specific improvements and follow-up experimental contents and plans. |
