| Iron and steel rust will cause a huge waste of resources and hidden dangers of safety.It is always an urgent need to explore suitable rust removal methods.Water jet technology is a new technology developed in recent decades.Due to its high energy density and cold processing,water jet is very suitable for rust removal.There are many factors that affect the rust removal of water jet,and the process parameters interact with each other.The effect on rust removal is very complex.How to select and optimize the process parameters to improve the quality and efficiency of rust removal is the key point of water jet rust removal.It has important theoretical and practical significance.1)By analyzing the process of the water jet system,the main technological parameters affecting the rust removal of the water jet are determined as jet pressure,target distance,nozzle transverse velocity and incidence angle.Comparing the removal mechanism of brittle material and plastic material under the action of water jet,combined with the structural characteristics of metal rust layer,the removal mechanism and limit pressure of metal rust layer under the action of water jet were studied through experiments.2)control variables method was used to study the influence of four processing parameters,including jet pressure,target distance,nozzle transversal speed and incidence angle,on the damage depth,surface roughness and derusting efficiency,and analyze the reasons.3)The orthogonal test was established,and the order and the optimal combination of the process parameters on the damage depth of rust removal and the efficiency of rust removal were determined by using the range analysis method,and the multivariate nonlinear regression of the results of the orthogonal test was carried out by using the MATLAB program software.The empirical model of the damage depth and efficiency of rust removal and the technological parameters of water jet is obtained.The experimental results show that the error of the empirical model is less than 20%.Through the experimental study on the main technological parameters of water jet rust removal,this paper provides a basis for the selection of process parameters in practical rust removal processing,and provides a feasible method for parameter optimization. |
