| Super hard metal base cutting plates are widely used in the cutting and processing fields of precious and brittle hard materials such as silicon and crystal.The main preparation methods are sintering,electroplating and brazing,but these traditional preparation processes have many defects,such as sintering high temperature easily burn diamond,electroplating product base on diamond holding power is low.The diamond is burned by brazing high temperature easily.It is difficult to meet the requirements of application.Therefore,a new preparation method of super hard metal base cutting plate,namely,rotary milling method,is put forward in this paper.This paper carried out the design of the manual roller mill firstly,laid the foundation of the equipment for the experimental research,and studied the subject by combining the numerical simulation with the experiment.The influence of the mould structure,the rotary milling pressure and the number of rotary milling ring on the simulation and experimental results were analyzed.Improvement of DHM-3 wear ratio tester is required for cutting performance test.The effects of the structure of the rotary milling die,the rotary milling pressure and the number of rotary milling ring on the equivalent strain were analyzed by numerical simulation.The effect of the plane die structure,the curved surface of the groove die structure and the groove die structure of different angles on the equivalent strain were explored,and the different rotary milling pressure,the number of different rotary milling rings were summarized.The change law of the equivalent strain of the blank.The effects of the structure of the rotary milling die,the rotary milling pressure and the number of rotary milling ring on the forming and distribution of the billet are analyzed by the rotary milling experiment.The influence of the plane die structure,the curved surface of the groove die structure and the groove die structure of different angle surfaces on the blank forming and distribution is explored,and the different rotary milling pressure and the number of different rotary milling rings are summarized.The change rule of the forming dimension and the relative density of the forming parts is verified,and the simulation results are verified.The testing method of grinding performance of super hard grinding tool is studied.A testing method of grinding performance is designed for the sample prepared by this subject,and the DHM-3 wear ratio tester is improved,and the lateral loading mechanism is added to meet the grinding performance testing requirements of the sample prepared by this subject. |
