Because of the efficient?safe?and broad-spectrum effects,antibacterial agents of sulfur ketone pyridine salt series are widely used in daily chemical,plastic,and paint industries,of which,the synthesis process of pyrithione zinc is gradually mature after many years of technological innovation and market exploration.In this paper,with 2-chloro pyridine,hydrogen peroxide,sodium hydrosulpHide,zinc sulfate as the main raw material,through oxidation,thiol and complexing technology of synthesis of pyridine zinc sulfide ketone by experimental research,the oxidation,thiol and complexation process conditions improved,explore the important role in the catalyst on the oxidation reaction,examines the factors such as reaction time,temperature,material proportion,influencing on the yield of oxidation time and adopt the method of gas chromatograpHy for 2-pyridine chloride content in the oxidation product tracking detection,optimize the oxidation process,greatly reducing the oxidation time,oxidation yield reached more than 99%,using sodium carbonate and sodium hydrosulpHide mixture as thiol reaction base,to add 2-chloro pyridine nitrogen oxides,optimization process for the thiol,stability of thiol reaction conditions,to reduce the impurities in the product and stable pyridine sodium sulfide ketone,the purpose of product quality in the process of the complex in order to improve the product quality and appearance,strict control of the complex material zinc sulfate with iron,nickel,copper,chromium,lead,heavy metal ions,such as pyridine sulfur sodium with the method of purification to remove impurities,improve the quality of pyridine zinc sulfide ketone product,pyridine zinc sulfide ketone total yield reached 94%,product purity of 98%,reach the advanced level of the industry.At the same time it also produced in the process of the experimental analysis of waste water,waste gas,solid waste,recycling waste water and exhaust gas,reducing the "three wastes",achieve the goal of safe environmental protection.
