In the recent ten years,as one of the important products for indoor soft decoration,the carpet has developed rapidly.The export volume has increased year by year,especially the carpet woven by multi-color jacquard loom.The multi-color jacquard carpet looms are generally applicable to block carpets with a limited width.During the manufacturing process,the feeding and feeding processes of the bottom fabric are manual operations,and the degree of automation is not high.At the same time,the positioning method of the base fabric is also manual operation,and the human factors are very large,resulting in inaccurate positioning accuracy and inconsistent base fabric tension,resulting in disordered carpet patterns.In order to enhance the degree of automation of loading and unloading,improve the positioning accuracy of the base fabric,and improve the quality of the carpet surface.This article designed the automatic feeding and discharging machinery system of a multicolor jacquard carpet loom,the specific content is as follows:First of all,according to the analysis of the requirements of the multi-color jacquard carpet loom automatic feeding and discharging machinery system,five major functional modules were identified,namely the in-carriage transport,the carpet transport,the carpet correction,the precise positioning of the base fabric,and the constant-tension take-up function module.Then,the analysis and comparison of each functional module program,finally determined the combination of roller and lickerel delivery scheme,ball screw and EPC combination correction program,piercing needle and pneumatic method of the base fabric fixed program,and peripheral transmission type Constant tension take-up program.Secondly,based on each module scheme,Solidworks was used to design the incoming carpet conveyor,carpet correcting device,base fabric fixing device,carpet conveying device,and constant tension carpet device.The detailed design of the conveyor roller in and out of the blanket conveying device has effectively prevented the wrinkling of the fabric and satisfied the driving conditions and dynamic characteristics.The servo motor,ball screw and other standard parts in the correcting device were selected and checked in detail.The base fabric fixture fixes the base fabric through front and rear fixed components,and the base fabric is automatically tensioned by the adjusting component.It solves the problem of low production efficiency caused by the traditional manual positioning of the base fabric and the inconsistent carpet tension in the production process.According to the motion and mechanics of the constant tension felting device,the key components of the supporting spring were designed.The ratio of the output force and the input force is increased by the first-stage loading arm,and the friction force applied by the pressing device to the roller and the blanket roller is satisfied.It ensures that the linear velocity of the surface of the felt roll is always constant,thus achieving the constant tension of the take-up carpet.Therefore,the entire mechanical system has successfully completed the automation and integration of the delivery blanket.Finally,according to the carpet correction device designed in this paper,the mathematical model of the correction system was established.At the same time,a conventional PID correction control model was established.The deviation correction displacement response curve was obtained through Simulink simulation.The results show that the characteristics such as the deviation of the deviation of the carpet and the response time meet the requirements of the system characteristic index.Therefore,the efficiency,stability,and accuracy of the correction are ensured.
