In recent years, with the development and progress of the society, environmental protection and energy saving is more and more important. As a traditional high pollution industry, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment has been a difficult and unavoidable problem, traditional processing methods were difficult to meet the requirements of social development,in order to completely solve this problem, the domestic and foreign scholars have conducted various studies, has made considerable progress, but there was still some shortage. So a long way to go on the study of wastewater treatment. In this paper,we used the extraction method to process the simulated reactive dye wastewater of Argazol Red BF-3B,Argazol Yellow BF-3R and Argazol Black B.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)The influence of various factors on the extraction process was studied through conditional experiment. The optimum extraction conditions of Argazol Red BF-3B was identified with: The initial concentration of dyeing was 0.2 g/L,the extraction time was 20 min,the extraction temperature was 25 ℃,the solvent ratio was 9:1,the phase ratio was 5:1,the p H of solution was 3.0,the revolving speed was 760 r/min,and the optimum extraction rate was 98.15%.And the optimum extraction conditions of Argazol Yellow BF-3R was identified as: the extraction time was 20 min,the extraction temperature was 25 ℃,the solvent ratio was 9:1,the phase ratio was 5:1,the p H of solution was 3.0,the revolving speed was 760 r/min,and the optimum extraction rate was 98.09%.And the optimum extraction conditions of Argazol Black B was identified as: the extraction time was 5 min,the extraction temperature was 25 ℃,the volume fraction of trioctylamine was 100%,the phase ratio was 4:1,the p H of solution was 3.0,the revolving speed was 430 r/min,and the optimum extraction rate was 99.50%.And the optimum extraction conditions of mixed dye was identified as: the extraction time was 20 min,the extraction temperature was 25 ℃,the solvent ratio was 9:1,the phase ratio was 4:1,the p H of solution was 3.0,the revolving speed was 760 r/min,and the optimum extraction rate was 93.25%.(2)The influence of various factors on the back-extraction process was discussed through conditional experiment. The optimum back-extraction conditions of Argazol Red BF-3B was identified as: the back-extraction time was 20 min,the mass fraction of Na OH was 15%,the phase ratio of back-extraction was 2:1,the temperature of back-extraction was 25 ℃,the maximum back-extraction rate was 94.56%.And The optimum back-extraction conditions of Argazol Yellow BF-3R was identified as: the back-extraction time was 20 min,the mass fraction of back-extraction agent was 15%,the phase ratio of back-extraction was 1:1,the temperature of back-extraction was 25 ℃,and the maximum back-extraction rate was 94.56%.(3)The feasibility of recycling of the extraction agent was explored by repeating extraction with the extraction agent that it is recycled. The extraction effect of extraction agent that it is recycled was same as the fresh extraction agent, and with the number of cycles is increased, the extraction effect was falling slowly.
