In the traditional shoe-making enterprises in China, the production process of vulcanized shoes is mostly carried out by artificially cooperating with machinery. The bar attachment part of vulcanized shoe manufacturing process is completed by pure handwork.Raising the automation level of shoe-making enterprises is of great significance to the development of the entire shoe-making industry. This article has conducted in-depth research on the barattachment and robot attachment system in the production of vulcanized shoes. The main tasks are as follows:The process and requirements for attaching bars in the production of vulcanized shoes are analyzed, and according to whichthe bar attachment station on the flexible molding production line was designed;based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the runners, the overall mechanical structure of the runners was designed;and based on the designed runners, the feeding process of the entire runners was carried out,a detailed analysis of the design of the key components of the bae feeder finally.Based on the "Huazhong 8 Type" special numerical control system, based on the analysis of the requirements for the control system of the fence feeder, the hardware and software parts were designed. And using the method of machine vision guidance to achieve the robot's fence automatic attachment system. Finally, robotic strip adhesion experiments were carried out,the entire process of vulcanized shoe lining feeding and robot attachment was combed, and the strip adhesion test was carried out to analyze and optimize the generated errors.Practice shows that the vulcanized shoe fence automatic attachment system developed in this paper has a good practical value.
