There is a higher requirement for the process design and technical specifications of blast furnaces as the in-depth implementation of energy-saving and emission-reduction policies.The ironmaking process and construction technology of BF were studied for the relocation of the No.1 BF in the Tangsteel Company to the Plate Company.The technological parameters of No.1 BF were determined,the volume of No.1 BF after transformation is 1780m~3;the BF workshop adopts a"one tank to the bottom"compact layout,the ore tank and the coke tank adopts a parallel double tank arrangement,and the gravity dust collector is arranged.In the hot stove side,the blast furnace is equipped with two tapping outlets corresponding to two tapping pits;the bottom water-slag processing is adopted for the slag processing;the direct injection is used for the pulverized coal injection,raw fuel quality requirements are determined in conjunction with local raw fuel conditions.The body structure of BF is optimized,it involves a series of projects such as furnace type,structure,lining,bottom and cooling water system and furnace monitoring;the gas cleaning system,waste heat power generation system and power supply system are redesigned and configured.The dust removal solutions for sintering dust collection system,blast furnace dust removal system,feed system dust removal,and blast furnace coal injection dust removal system,including formulation of pollutant discharge standards are designed,the dust removal equipment and dust removal technologies are selected.The construction technology focuses on the construction plan,and the overall route of the construction project,the key technologies in the installation phase,the construction schedule and the safeguard measures.The construction safety management mainly includes the identification of key dangerous projects,hidden dangers and solutions,and dynamic safety control of the process to provide a guarantee for the successful completion of the blast furnace transformation.The actual production results show that the design adopted is reasonable,the technology is advanced and practical,the equipment is mature and reliable,and the best equipment combination is obtained with the lowest investment.The project is put into production on time,the blast furnace production is stable,the production cost is reduced,thus the enterprise market competitiveness is improved.
