This study analyzed and evaluated the nutrient characteristics and fertility status of tobacco-planting soil,the appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality of tobacco leaf,and the relationship between nutrient characters and tobacco quality in tobacco-planting soil in order to provide the basis for tobacco production in Guangdong.The results of the study show that:1.The average soil p H is in the appropriate range,the value is 6.29,which contains a high level of AN and AP.And the AK is in a suitable range.The soil also contains a very high-level OM.Beside,Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn are between high level to very high level.Generally,it lacks of B and Cl.The coefficient of variation of each nutrient index is large,and the distribution of soil nutrients is not balanced.3.16% of the soil fertility grades are at the highest level,45.60% are at a high level,43.79% are at the middle level,and 7.45% are at a low level.The overall fertility status is good.The soil fertility status of the four major tobacco-planting soil show that: Niugantian soil > Shanitian soil > the red soil > the purple soil.2.The index of appearance and quality of tobacco leaves generally belongs to the upper middle level,and there is no significant difference among the production areas.The C3 F and B2 F scores show that: Meizhou Areas> Shaoguan Areas > Qingyuan Areas.3.The total sugar content of C3 F is slightly higher.The contents of reducing sugar,total nicotine,total nitrogen and potassium are in the suitable range of high-quality tobacco leaves.The ratio of sugar to alkali in the middle leaves is slightly higher than the suitable range.The ratio of sugar and alkali is slightly lower than the appropriate range of B2 F.The ratio of nitrogen to alkali is relatively large and the coordination is slightly poor.The chloride ion content is slightly lower.There are great differences between the chemical composition of tobacco leaves in different producing areas.The total sugar and reducing sugar of tobacco leaves in Meizhou and Qingyuan are significantly higher than those in Shaoguan,and total nicotine is significantly lower than in Shaoguan.The chlorine content of tobacco in Meizhou is significantly higher than in Qingyuan.The sugar-alkali ratio of tobacco in Meizhou is in the suitable range of high-quality tobacco.In different types of tobacco-planting soils,the content of reducing sugar in the red soil is significantly higher than purple soil and Niugantian soil,and there is no significant difference between Shanitian soil.The total content of nicotine and chlorine in Shanitian soil was significantly higher than that in red soil,and there is no significant difference between the two types of soil.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in the B2 F leaves of Shanitian soil are significantly higher than those in purple soil,and there was no significant difference between Niugantian soil and red soil.The total sugar content in purple soil and Shanitian soil is significantly higher than that in Niugantian soil and red soil.The total sugar content,sugar-alkali ratio and nitrogen-alkali ratio in the C3 F leaves of the four types of soil are slightly higher than the suitable range of high-quality tobacco leaves;The ratio of sugar to alkali in the B2 F leaves is slightly lower than the suitable range;the remaining chemical composition indicators are in the suitable range within high quality tobacco leaves.On the whole,the purple soil and Niugantian soil have better chemical composition.4.The sensory quality of tobacco leaves is relatively stable,and the indicators are more balanced.The tobacco leaves in Nanxiong and Shixing areas are characterized by strong aromas.The tobacco leaves in Lechang and Ruyuan areas belong to the middle scent type,Meizhou is the middle scent,and Qingyuan area is the middle and dense.The indicators are more balanced and balanced,more coordinated and harmonized.Aroma quality is good,aroma is sufficient,moderate head is moderate,concentration is relatively concentrated,relatively low stimulation,comfortable aftertaste.5.There is a significant negative correlation between the appearance quality maturity of tobacco leaves and soil available phosphorus and water-soluble chlorine content,and the structure of tobacco leaves is significantly negative correlated to soil water-soluble chlorine content.The total sugar chemical component in tobacco leaves is significantly positive related to effective iron and effective boron.The reducing sugar content in tobacco and soil organic matter,available copper,effective iron and boron are significantly positively related.The total nitrogen content of tobacco leaf and soil are significant positive correlated,Exchangeable magnesium content and effective zinc,manganese and effective exchange of sexual content are significant negative correlated,and the soil available p content are significant negative correlated;The potassium content of tobacco leaves are negatively correlated with the content of soil available phosphorus,effective zinc and effective manganese.There is a significant negative correlation between the chemical composition of tobacco leaf and the effective copper content of soil.The index of the sensory quality of tobacco leaves is negatively correlated with the effective boron content of soil.
