| With the continuous deepening of the application of digital manufacturing technology,CNC,as a high-precision and high-efficiency processing method,has become the main method of mold manufacturing.It makes the mold manufacturing field accumulate large number of CNC process design results.As the mold products’ process and manufacturing stage is empirical and repeatable,the existing CNC process design has great reference value for the new products’ CNC process.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a method of reusing CNC technology.This paper took the CNC process instances as the research foundation,and proposed a CNC process recommendation algorithm based on local feature matching,which made it possible to reuse the CNC process knowledge.After studying the commonly used recommendation algorithm and CBR technology,this paper designed a way to describe cases which is called the knowledge element of CNC process.This representation used the geometrical semantic information such as the three-dimensional polar radius moments of the local feature level and other geometric semantic information,such as size,to establish the machining geometrical features.And it effectively organized and expressed the CNC process information corresponding to the typical local features to associate manufacturing semantics with geometric semantics.Then we further improved the recommendation algorithm on this basis.Firstly,CNC case database was constructed with the knowledge element of CNC process.Secondly,a similarity measure of the geometric features of the machining process based on the comprehensive weighting was used to achieve accurate matching between the local features.Besides,address SVM classification algorithm to reduce the negative impact of cold-start issues.In addition,according to the similarity degree,we designed the sorting rules of the recommended set,and defined the reusable method of NC process recommendation results.Finally,we generated the appropriate CNC process recommendation based on the user’s processing requirements.This paper used C ++ to design and develop a mold CNC process recommendation system on NX8.5 platform,selecting the cases to verify each function of the system.And tested the system through a large number of test samples.The results showed that the proposed algorithm and the system could effectively realize the mold CNC process recommendation,which paved the way for the reuse of the CNC process information. |
