Biocontrol Fungal Strains Of Phyllotreta Striolata And Preparation Of Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate

Phyllotreta striolata is a major pest of cruciferous vegetables.Chemical pesticides are the main method to control this insect,but it will bring many problems such as environmental pollution,food safety and drug resistance.So it is necessary to develop biological control technology.Useing insecticidal fungal preparations to control pests is safe,non-polluting and resistant to formation of resistance.This has become a major control measures.In order to obtain a fungus that is effective against Phyllotreta striolata,this paper studied the activity of 50 strains of the fungus.At the same time,this paper studies the processing technology of Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate of the strain Ij01(CCTCC M 208171).The main research results are listed as follows:(1)The impregnation method was used to treat the adults of the Phyllotreta striolata with a conidial suspension of 1.0 x 10~7 spores/mL of an entomogenous fungus.The results showed that Beauveria bassiana MS25 strain and Metarhizium anisopliae MS17 strain showed the best effect.On the ninth day after treatment,their virulence to the Phyllotreta striolata was66.67%.(2)This paper studied the Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate of Ij01 strain,formulated with 28 oil suspensions using different oil bases,dispersants and thickeners.Screening of two Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate No.26 and No.28 by storage stability and biological activity test.It's storage stability for three months reached the"+++++"level.The NO.26 had the best storage effect at room temperature,while the NO.28 had the best storage effect at-4°C.The above two Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate have better biological activity.In this study,the 3rd instar larvae of Spodoptera litura were treated with1.0 x 10~7 spores/mL Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate.The virulence on the seventh day after treatment reached 94.27%and 87.78%,respectively.The formulation of No.26 and No.28 Conidium Oil Miscible Concentrate are:Conidia 5%(m/m),corn oil 85%(m/m),fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether 5%(m/m),xanthan gum 2%(m/m);conidia 5%(m/m),corn oil 85%(m/m),fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether 5%(m/m),and aluminum stearate 2%(m/m).
