In order to improve the durability of sea erosion concrete,this paper optimizes the base mix ratio of material and concrete.By adding industrial gelatin and The Reinforcement of Concrete Material(RCM)curing agent in concrete,the frost resistance is used as the evaluation index of concrete durability,and the experimental research on the performance,basic mechanical properties and durability of concrete is carried out respectively.The freezing thawing cycle tests of concrete in different erosive media were carried out to explore the effect of different erosive media on durability of concrete.Meanwhile,the mechanism of RCM curing agent to improve durability of concrete was analyzed by SEM scanning electron microscope and XRD test.The frost resistance of concrete is quantitatively designed and the service life of concrete is evaluated by frost resistance grade of concrete.The results show that:(1)Industrial gelatin is a surface active agent,which has the effect of water reducing and strengthening,reducing the bleeding and segregation of concrete mixture,improving the cohesiveness and compacting concrete structure,so as to improve the durability of concrete.When the dosage of industrial gelatin is 1% of cement quality and the water glue ratio is kept constant,when the compressive strength and slump of concrete are close,the amount of cementitious material can be saved by 6.6%,the cost is reduced,and the economic benefit is improved.(2)Adding RCM curing agent can improve the workability of concrete mixture and enhance the workability of concrete.The optimum dosage of RCM curing agent is 0.67% of water consumption and 1.66% of water reduction rate.At this time,the mechanical properties of RCM concrete are better than those of blank concrete.(3)In the freeze-thaw cycle test,the freezing and thawing indexes of RCM concrete are better than that of the blank concrete.The RCM curing agent can promote the strength of concrete,reduce the internal damage of concrete,improve the frost resistance of concrete,and enhance the durability of concrete.(4)In the freeze-thaw cycle test of several different erosive solutions,5% sodium sulfate solution has contributed to the strength of concrete.3.5% Sodium Chloride Solution,sea water and mixed liquid have a certain erosion effect on concrete,which increases the internal corrosion damage of concrete and reduces the frost resistance of concrete,thus reducing the durability of concrete,and is the most serious erosion in 3.5% Sodium Chloride Solution.(5)The RCM curing agent participates in the hydration reaction to produce calcium complex,covering the surface of the hydrated products,filling the pores and forming a dense structure.At the same time,it inhibits the formation of the ettringite and the carbon thulaite,which is destructive to the concrete,and improves the frost resistance of concrete,thus enhancing the durability of concrete.(6)The freeze-resistance grade of the RCM concrete with the design strength grade of C25 and C30 is both greater than or equal to F50,reaching the requirement of the safety design grade of the concrete freeze-thaw in Southern China area.The safe working life of RCM concrete can reach 100 years,which meets the requirements of the design service life.
