| In recent years,triggered by the maintenance of structural safety and fire protection accident after another,the cause of such accidents for the durability of the material is low,and this kind of accident occurred directly lead to people’s life will always in danger.Cement polyphenyl mode lattice shell structure type concrete wall to maintain the structure of the cement polyphenyl mold shell is made of cement,benzene particles and additive after full mixing,attached to the fiber network,cast film formation of composite insulation material.In the environment of acid rain,acid rain in the sulfate ion,hydrochloric acid and a variety of salt and other substances and materials reaction,resulting in the erosion of the shell material.In this paper,the physical properties and mechanical properties of cement polystyrene shell under the environment are studied by experimental simulation of acid rain erosion,The results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of the cement mortar,concrete and other cement based materials were basically the same as the changes of the physical and mechanical properties of the cement mortar and concrete in the standard curing 28 d after the test block in different pH acid rain erosion environment.The reason is the acid corrosion solution first and cement of cement hydration reaction,with the deepening of the hydration reaction of cement,compressive and flexural mechanical properties are enhanced;with the increasing of reaction,the rate of hydration reaction of cement is greater than the rate of cement polystyrene shell mould acid erosion damage,cement polystyrene shell mould of flexural and compression mechanical properties decreased gradually.At the same time,due to the different deformation coefficient,absorption rate,cement polystyrene shell mould dative structure between the wall to form a dry clear interface,in the role of internal and external factors caused by combining the sliding layer,and caused the wall displacement and deformation,the deformation will without exception to certain forms and the number assigned to the cement polystyrene shell mould part,plus the change of temperature and humidity on its effects,leading to long-term material at a shear or tensile cracks further increased,bibulous rate is further increased,further affecting the durability of the material. |
