Water pollution in rural areas is becoming more and more serious,the traditional septic tank commonly used as single sewage treatment structures exist on the pollutant removal efficiency and low in low temperature environment treatment effect reduction and other issues,if the anaerobic reactor is advanced to replace the traditional septic tank widely exists,will be a lot of investment.Anaerobic digestion technology is very difficult to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater.New combination of septic tank and aerobic unit provides a simple and economic biological rural sewage treatment method for this kind of problem,so it attracted much attention,has very high research value and broad application prospect.In recent years,there are new septic tanks and combined process and the problems in the research,under laboratory conditions,to the campus dormitory building sewage as the research object,the influence of cold area of septic tank sewage treatment effect of traditional test respectively through pilot test.On this basis,the influence factors of UST-ABR septic tank treatment of rural domestic sewage and the treatment of rural domestic sewage combined with MBR reactor were studied.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis and practical technology for the scale-up test of the combined process,and to promote its application in practical engineering.The test results show that different seasonal temperature conditions in the cold area,the traditional septic tank on the removal rate of COD has a certain effect,the summer temperature of septic tank at 27 degrees,the highest rate of removal of CODtot and CODdis were 34%,14%;the SS and VSS removal rate remained stable,there is little affected by temperature influence of both the removal rate of fluctuation in about 50%and 60%in summer;ammonia nitrogen average removal rate is-56.7%,compared to other seasons,the concentration of effluent ammonia is higher;the total nitrogen in the spring and autumn winter three season the removal rate fluctuated between 0?-10%in summer,the removal rate of around 10%in four seasons;in the average TP removal rate was 5%-20%.In winter,the traditional septic tank has a certain buffering capacity for COD,SS and VSS in winter,but the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus is poor.The UST-ABR septic tank was successfully deployed with artificial water C:N,20:1,hydraulic retention time of 30h,and water temperature at 23 oc.By comparing the traditional septic tank,UST-ABR septic tanks,UST-ABR packing septic tank analysis,UST-ABR packing septic tank due to the internal structure of the superior and the additional elastic packing,the internal microorganism density increases,but also to strengthen the role of the interception of suspended impurities.At different temperatures and hydraulic retention time,UST-ABR packed manure has the best removal effect on various pollutants.The results show that the hollow spheres are slightly better than the elastic fillers,and the average removal rates of COD,SS and chromaticity are 75%,95.8%and 25%,respectively.UST-ABR septic tank in combination with MBR treatment,the results showed that optimum control conditions are:DO=3.0mg,L-1 calls 30min/aeration stops for the aeration period of exposure 30min,reflux ratio is 300%.By changing aeration mode and adding reflux device,the removal of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus was improved.As the aeration period of aeration 30min/aeration 30min,the effluent concentration of the effluent ammonia system at 2mg,L-1,total nitrogen removal rate is 77.4%.When the reflux ratio is 300%,the removal rate of total phosphorus in effluent is about 90%,and the effluent reaches the first class B level of comprehensive wastewater discharge standard.The combined process of UST-ABR septic tank and MBR effectively improved the removal efficiency of single rural sewage treated by traditional septic tanks.At the same time,it also solves the problem that the outflow of traditional septic tanks is affected by season and the high investment of other anaerobic reactors in cold areas.The aerobic unit MBR device following easy to form an integrated device for days after management.In the field of rural sewage treatment,it has a good prospect of popularization and application.
