Study On The Technology And Quality Standard Of ZhuMao Xiaotong Tablet

Objective:The research of ZhuMao Xiaotong tablet is based on the decoction of medicinal ingredients.Improving the decoction into tablets can avoid a series of problems such as bad taste,eat too much for once time,inconvenient and instability.As the clinical common types,the preparation methods of pills to mature.This dosage form has the advantages such as safe,effective and stable.In this subject,we studied the manufacturing technique,quality standard control and stability of when we manufacture the tablets.The study can offer a lot of basic data for clinic.Methods:We used the decocting method to extract the effective components,validating with orthogonal experiment;Selected paste rates,water extract content and Atractylenolide-?content as evaluation index;Selected decocting time,water supply volume and decocting frequency as influence factors.Using chromatography to identify the main component and count content.Stability test will be evaluated according to the date of appearance,TLC identify and effective composition content that track record consecutive three months.Result:Our work established the optimal extraction process:frequency of decoction was three times;duration time were 1.5,1,0.5 hours respectively;water consumption was12,10,8 times of the amount of medicine respectively.We established the content determination method of the main effective composition.The result of initial stability test shown that the indicators were no significant change.Conclusions:The manufacturing technique of ZhuMao Xiaotong tablet was reasonable and stable,and the quality control methods was reliable.The detailed analysis method summarized in this study provided gist for putting into production,set the seal on a theoretical foundation.
