| Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin(CF/EP)composites have excellent mechanical properties,can be used as aircraft,spacecraft,rocket outer structure and internal structures such as the engine shell and the nozzle,and the tail wing skin,deceleration plate in the aerospace field is widely used.However,due to the fact that the surface of the carbon fiber is smooth and the surface area is small,it is difficult to form an effective mechanical bonding between the CF/EP resin and the EP resin.Therefore,it is necessary to modify the surface of carbon fiber to improve the wettability and bonding strength between the EP matrix and the CF/EP matrix.In this paper,the carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite was prepared by high energy laser beam on the surface of reinforced carbon fiber in CF/EP composite.The use of SEM,EDS,XRD,FTIR,universal tensile testing machine and other characterization methods were used to characterize the morphology of CF before and after modification,the change of composition,phase structure,mechanical properties and performance of the CF/EP system,to study the influence of high-energy laser beam,change of microstructure of carbon fiber can change,explore the mechanism of high energy laser on carbon fiber,revealing the process parameters of high energy laser beam performance of CF/EP composite material,this laser modified carbon fiber reinforced body influence on the performance of CF/EP composite material.The results show that the carbon fiber after laser surface modification,carbon fiber surface roughness and surface area increased,infiltration of carbon fiber has been improved,and the effect of etching on the surface of the power is higher,the lower scanning speed of CF and invasive as possible,carbon fiber modified by chemical composition,micro species the structure and functional groups of species did not change,the surface of CF elements is C,O,Al,Si four,O contents increased;XRD is still the main diffraction peaks of graphite structure before and after modification of the CF(002)diffraction peaks,but the high energy laser beam of graphite crystal in CF has a perfect structure,change the main diffraction peaks of CF after more sharp and symmetric;CF modified functional groups after no change.Adhesion of CF/EP composites of carbon fiber and epoxy resin matrix is improved,the optimum parameters of power was 150 W,the scanning speed is 30 mm/s,the amount of doped carbon fiber is 0.1 wt%,the water absorbency of the composite is 2.6%;the maximum tensile strength increased by 77.06%;the extension of the maximum rate of increase of 53.96%the impact strength increased by 37.5%. |
