Fuxin Tianyuan Steel Ball Co.Ltd.was founded in 1996,Company set up over the past 20 years,to be able to survive and grow gradually,mainly thanks to the development of the international market.However,since 2008 the international steel market is gradually showing a more competitive and more diverse needs and other characteristics,Fuxin Tianyuan Co.Ltd.ball markets shrinking capacity,the existing export marketing channels have become the bottleneck of the further development of the company,need to study.Based on the related theories of marketing,marketing channel management,international marketing and other aspects of the analysis method to diagnose the export problems in the marketing channels of Fuxin Tianyuan Co.Ltd.ball using PEST analysis and SWOT etc,the channel conflicts exist,lack of channel management and design,marketing channels of high cost,lack of advanced the information system support the conclusion that the export marketing channel management of the enterprise should be strengthened.According to the conclusion and further improvement are given Fuxin Tianyuan Co.Ltd.steel export marketing channel recommendations,including:mediation export marketing channel conflict,strengthening the marketing channel,pay attention to the network marketing,by changing the relationship between enterprises to broaden the export marketing channels,other enterprises for Fuxin Tianyuan Co.Ltd.and ball bearing industry for reference.
