Yixiu:Study On The Cultural Symbol Construction Of Yi Traditional Embroidery Skills

As an important part of the Yi traditional culture,Yi embroidery has condensed the specific social history,cultural psychology,religious belief,moral taboos and production practice of the Yi people.Based on the construction of cultural symbols of Yi embroidery in Dayao County,this paper starts with the understanding of culture,cultural symbols and the construction of cultural symbols as an explicit cultural trait,and selects the important embroidery base of Dayao as the field point,and through the embroidery skills of the Yi nationality in the representation space.From the Yi embroidery techniques to the YiXiu cultural symbols,the construction of the foundation,process and the multiple interaction relationship in the YiXiu is analyzed in this paper to explore the significance of the Yi embroidery cultural symbol construction.From folk embroidery to YiXiu as a cultural symbol,it has undergone a series of cultural integration and cultural changes.Its connotation and denotation have changed.Now YiXiu has not only included embroidery,but also includes embroidery products and various cultural information in the creation of Yi embroidered symbol products.The construction of Yi embroidery cultural symbols is a cultural practice composed of officials,merchants,folk artists and scholars in the context of non-Legacy production protection and industrialization.Through the construction of the new meaning and symbol of the local culture,the reproduction of culture is realized.This strategy of cultural regeneration not only extends the life of culture,but also activates the vitality of culture,but also makes it possible for the region to enter into a larger social situation.
