Research On The Optimization For Wrong Material Management Of X Company’s Wrapping Workshop

The paper starts from the problems in the mixed management of X company’s wrapping workshop,and through the in-depth analysis of the wrong material quality events that occurred in the wrapping workshop in the past two years,it extracts major problems such as inadequate equipment cleaning,many human interventions,and lack of responsibility of some employees.The main causes of the above problems were analyzed,including the lack of identification of risk points for wrong material management,lack of standardized and reasonable management,insufficient information management and so on.Finally,the paper uses the failure mode and impact analysis tool(FMEA tool)of quality risk management to optimize and design the wrong material management.Based on the identification of the causes of the wrong material risk,the thesis focuses on the severity,frequency,and detection.Analyze the aspects,identify and output the FMEA analysis table,select the important risk items from the list,and increase the pre-prevention or post-inspection control methods to reduce the risk order number value.The study found that the normative process and the promotion of the workshop management and control system can reduce the undetected degree of failure.At the same time,it is expected that the introduction of informatization management can also have the same effect and help improve the management level of wrong material management.Of course,the introduction of information management is expected to have a certain impact on the production process of the X company’s wrapping workshop,it’s needed to use FMEA tool again to optimize the wrong material management,reduce the negative impact of the introduction of information management.The application of the FMEA tool in this study also provided reference for the research on the failure modes of other high-level failures in the X company’s wrapping workshop and helped improve its quality management capabilities.
